I found a used Crosstrek on their site and Erric was the one to get in touch with me. Due to time limitations I could not look at the vehicle and purchase the same day. Erric worked with on my schedule and was very helpful in making the process smooth and pain free. We finished as much paperwork as we could the first day so I could return and quickly pick the vehicle up. My return ride to the dealership fell through and Erric was accommodating and came right over to pick me up. The whole process was as friendly, smooth and pain free as possible. 10 / 10 would work with Erric and Subaru of Fort Myers again. More
