Today we had the pleasure of meeting with an outstanding sales rep at our local Kia dealership. Errick Hayes was so amazing from the moment we walked in the door. He was pleasant, courteous, so very well kn sales rep at our local Kia dealership. Errick Hayes was so amazing from the moment we walked in the door. He was pleasant, courteous, so very well knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He took us for a test drive, and it was a very great experience. While showing and explaining in great detail all the wonderful features of the Kia Sportage, he also engaged us in conversations about our backgrounds etc. and we were so delighted at how he talked to us as would a friend. He made the entire transaction so smooth and worry free. I have never met a more hospitable and kinder person in sales. We also had a great experience with Mike doing the final financing paperwork. Everything was so easy. And to top it off, the sales manager and the service manager both came to congratulate us on our purchase. All in all, it was a five-star experience all the way. I would definitely recommend Kia Myrtle Beach to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure and only warm accommodating service. Thank you so much!! More
