I contact Mr. D'Souza on a Monday for an X3 that was in processing. He explained that the car needed to go through inspection and he would send me pictures shortly D'Souza on a Monday for an X3 that was in processing. He explained that the car needed to go through inspection and he would send me pictures shortly. He did not send any pictures. I contacted him via email and phone on Tuesday and again on Wed morning without a response. I called the dealership and spoke to another advisor who said the car was just sold. Mr. D'Souza then sent me a reply the car was sold. Avoid him if you really are interested in a car as he is not responsive or customer focused. Terrible customer service. More
