I went to get an oil change. The guy told me when I first got there it would be $119 because the price went up. Then online when they said it was done the price was $112 and some change. So I brought $113 in cash, I'm not one to carry cash around so I made sure to double check the amount. When I went to pick up my car and pay, a different guy gave me the papers and said it was $114 and some change. Obviously I didn't have enough in cash, luckily I was able to find some extra dollars in my purse and was able to pay. I was a little irritated I was told 3 different prices and the man was not very nice when I told him I only brought enough for the price it told me online. I would just tell anyone who is getting work done here to be cautious that the price may change multiple times. More

It’s very frustrating to make an appointment at 9am and then be told it’s a 3 hour wait. I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed. I appreciate the shuttle service so I could get home and work while I waited for the tires to get put on. Also being shuttled back to get my truck. The service was friendly, and two outstanding staff that provided excellent customer service was Kim who does car rental and shuttle coordination, as well as the guy who sits next to Eugene, I can’t remember his name, but it starts with a “B”.
