Dick Scott management has refused to acknowledge that Sales person Rose Mabry switched cars on me. The car I received was not the car that was demonstrated to me after I had signed all of the necessary Sales person Rose Mabry switched cars on me. The lift gate on the car Is manual. The one that was demonstrated to me after signing all purchasing documents closed with a button on the rear left panel. Very sad, that they know and refused to take accountability for their gross mistake, if indeed it was a mistake. I question their moral correctness as a company. More
