Fabian was very good at selling us the car. Made sure all my needs were met, and I felt comfortable with the process. However, even though there were no challenges in getting the loan, it took Made sure all my needs were met, and I felt comfortable with the process. However, even though there were no challenges in getting the loan, it took FOREVER to complete the transaction. That has got to be streamed lined with a faster process. It was PAINFUL, especially since I needed to leave and get on the road. I had 9 hours of driving ahead of me. It took 4 hours to complete after I was approved for the loan. Most all car dealerships do this, and I do not understand why. Someone has got to step up and make this better. More

Before this I never thought I could own a BMW, but now have a wonderful vehicle that I will keep for life. Owning a BMW is not out of reach of the "average joe" and people should get over thinking they can't own a "luxury" car. Yes, BMW vehicles offer another level of vehicle capability, but there are many options for owning. Thank you BMW! More
