Felipe rodriguez at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac

My experience in purchasing a new Cadillac ATS at Paradise Cadillac Temecula was the most pleasant and efficient purchase of a car ever. Felipe Rodriguez was so patient in explaining the benefits and functions of the state-of-the-art car...and his knowledge of the mechanisms and especially the media functions was incredibly thorough and detailed. He never hesitated in explaining and showing me how everything worked. He spoke slowly , simply and confidently in explaining the driving functions on our test drive. He gave me just enough information to get me going without bogging me down with too much info all at once and I was able to absorb most all of the functionality of my new Cadillac I was very surprised at all the 'perks' offered by Paradise Temecula...one being life-time free oil changes. Their follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction is like none other that I've ever experienced. It was a surprising pleasure to meet and work with Felipe and he has encouraged me to stop by or call him with any questions I may have.

we had purchased 4 other vehicles in the past from Paradise chev,my last being an sts2009 cadillac in 2010 salesmen were Felipe Rodriguez & michael Stiles. we have always been treated fairly & friendly by all. I now wanted to downsize to a smaller car & Felipe had told me about Cadillac coming with a smaller car soon. he called to notify me when the ATS arrivedI went just to check it out Felipe Rodriguez was so helpful explained all features he was the reason I purchased at this time.Felipe is a vIery courteous & friendly young man, he's still helping me out explaining all questions about the new ATS. great dealership great salespeople. especially Felipe Rodriguez.

Felipe is very professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. He went above and beyond to take care of our needs and I will definetly recommend him to a family or friend. We will surely come back for any of our needs. He made the transition very smooth and the visit was very pleasent.

Paradise Chevrolet is the best car dealer ship that I know about. When you walk in you are being greeted and helped. Felipe made buying our car easy and it took some time,but he did everything that he could so we can but our new car.!

I have purchased other cars before, but this time my experience was outstanding. Felipe worked with me and answered all my questions as well as any y concerns I may have had. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied with my decision. I love my new car and you can bet when it comes time to purchase another vehicle it will be from them.

What a great experience. Felipe Rodriguez was fantastic. He was friendly, patient and not overly aggressive as some salespersons can be. My husband and I went in to just start looking at cars with the intention of buying a new car withing the next year. We made a purchase the same day! Hoorah to Felipe. It was a pleasure to work with Felipe Rodriguez. He was very patient, calm and polite. We didn't feel any pressure from him which made the experience of purchasing a car pleasant, unlike other salesman we have dealt with in the past years. My visit was very pleasent and I was not pressured at all. Felipe was very patient and helpful as well as having a good sense of humor. When I walked into Paradise Chevrolet I was greeted by Felipe Rodriguez and right away I noticed he was a very friendly person. I had an idea on the type of vehicle I wanted to buy but still had a lot of questions on which one would suit me the best with my family of 4. He answered all of my questions, gave me a lot of options and was very informative on every car I wanted to look at. The entire time during my visit he was very professional, polite, and very kind. It is obvious that Felipe is very knowledgeable and a very sympathetic and helpful salesman.

I ended up buying a car I love and got a great deal on it. I was extremly happy with my purchase and enjoyed the visit because of Felipe's help. I would definetly recomend Paradise Chevrolet to anyone. In the future when I'm interested in another car I will definetly come back and ask to speak to Felipe Rodrigue
