I had an issue with my wiper are that basically came loose. With the week full rain in the forecast you would think it would be priority plus a safety issue. Well here we are a week later, when they were supposed to get the part in two days and not even a phone call. Kendall Ford service is absolutely the worst in south Florida. More

There is no sense of customer service at the dealership. I have had to bring the New truck in twice now for the same issue and unfortunately each time I am without a vehicle several days until a rental is a I have had to bring the New truck in twice now for the same issue and unfortunately each time I am without a vehicle several days until a rental is assigned. When the vehicle was ready it took over 1 hr. to find. I walked in the window are by the service representatives and waited 38 minutes for someone to say hello. Seven specialist by their desk on computers and no one to acknowledge a customer. Not acceptable. Truck seems to be working ok, but no one could explain why the same battery module has now gone bad twice. This is a new vehicle. More
