Worst dealership experience I’ve had. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in and acted like they had no clue about the special offers they were advertising. I was ignored most of the time and even had to walk up and ask if I could pay because no one bothered to help me. The car wash was also terrible and nowhere close to the quality I get at the Glendale dealership. If this is how customers are treated I won’t be coming back. More

The service guy Jaime submitted repairs to my warranty company I didn't know about or approve. I only needed my transfer case replaced. He also argued with the warranty company, which made them send an in company I didn't know about or approve. I only needed my transfer case replaced. He also argued with the warranty company, which made them send an inspector, which ultimately caused the transfer case repair to be denied. I'm going to create a Instagram page for unsatisfied so bay infiniti customers. More
