Bad, I felt a disservice with the cost of the labor, which lead me to seek outside for a part that only cost me $49 and the labor $75 in which Infiniti wanted almost $600. I have been a faithful customer not only purchasing my cars through the dealership but with ongoing service with infinity. Moving forward leads me feeling personally not wanting to trust the service of having my car service due to being over charged. More
