Fernando was absolutely amazing. Very professional with his level of patience with us, and it went out of the way to ensure we were getting the best deal possible. Yousef made all the paperwork a Breeze and explained any questions we had. Only reason why Brandon doesn’t deserve a five stars is because of Nate Redford. Had to get his manager involved just to follow through with the Brandon 1K guarantee that they proudly offer! then they made us feel that they were pulling and ripping hair to just “possibly” give to us. If I could give any advice to Nate, I would suggest he washes his hands really good or at least mask his smoking scent with cologne before shaking my hand (twice). After shaking me and my wife’s hands, our hands smell like smoke. More

I'm sort of spoiled with the level of service I've come to expect from my BMW Ownership so candidly, my expectations were low going into the Honda buying process. Man was I wrong. Fernando was a pleasure to expect from my BMW Ownership so candidly, my expectations were low going into the Honda buying process. Man was I wrong. Fernando was a pleasure to work with as the lead salesperson, the GM (Sam) was a no-nonsense guy that negotiated in good faith leading to a quick deal close that we were both happy with and I really enjoyed working with Ebony in Finance. All-in-all a great buying experience. More

Fernando was good to work with during the negotiation process. Shaw was our person we worked with in finance. Our interest rate we were quoted at the start with Shaw was 7.99%, he told us if we add on so process. Shaw was our person we worked with in finance. Our interest rate we were quoted at the start with Shaw was 7.99%, he told us if we add on some of these General Dealer Warranty (GDW)products we would get a lower rate and they could be cancelled at any time just by calling GDW. I contacted GDW and was told they couldn’t cancel the policies the dealer has to cancel them. I then contacted Fernando and he said someone from finance would call me before the end of the day. I didn’t get a call back. After a week of waiting I went to the dealership and meet with Shaw and he said he would have to fill out the paperwork and then I would have to come back in to sign them. Another week went by and still nothing. Finally I sent a message to the GM Sam Raabe. A few hours later I received a call from Eddie Juica the finance manager. He got all but one of the GDW policies cancelled, he said one couldn’t be cancelled even though we were told they all could be cancelled. Anyone reading this my opinion is don’t trust anything they say in the finance department. I also do not recommend this dealership. More

I am so upset with my experience purchasing my Honda passport. I was told that I was going to get a rate at 5% 5.5.4 something then when it came down to the paperwork, cause I went in the office with th passport. I was told that I was going to get a rate at 5% 5.5.4 something then when it came down to the paperwork, cause I went in the office with the business manager, we was doing all the checks and everything and we were going through things so quickly I couldn’t verify everything but when I got my paperwork, my interest rate was 7% so number one they lied to me on I told him that I also wanted five years and they put it for six years. They lied to me on that. Would I recommend Brandon Honda to someone know I would not you guys are horrible horrible and I really think that they took advantage of me and then they didn’t wanna do anything to help when I told him I wanted to bring the car car back. It was like oh no, you can’t do that. You can’t do that. You already brought it. Listen they scammed me. I’m very upset with this dealership and I need information of who’s in charge so I can send them an official letter registered mail to let them know how unsatisfied and scrupulous practices that they’re doing there. I also told them that I have my own financing but they didn’t wanna take that my financing was due USAA. They didn’t want to take that because they said they don’t do business with USAA why I don’t know USAA is a very very replicable company that serves the US military and family and spouses why they didn’t take that I don’t understand but I’m just so over this whole deal for what I purchased, I paid too much for this vehicle and it doesn’t even have leather seats in it. It’s a plain chain, and you can look at my loan. You can look at everything and you can see that I was had. I was bamboozled. I was hoodwinked and I’m very very upset. So everyone that touched my deal I have nothing nothing positive to say about any of them. I was hoodwink. I was bamboozled too much. I paid for this vehicle. See I’m not even giving it one star I’m giving it no stars to everybody. I don’t know the guy’s name. Fernando was one he gets zero he gets zero stars also very unhappy customer with Brandon Honda. I will shout that from the rooftop. I will tell all my family and friends. I will put it on yelp. Everything do not ever buy a car from Brandon Honda. They don’t look out for the customer at all I know you’re supposed to make some kind of money as a dealership, but I was bamboozled. More
