Ask for Francisco - no games. Francisco Toledo, my salesman, was terrific. He was open, honest and only suggested Financing once. When I declined and stated my reason it was never Francisco Toledo, my salesman, was terrific. He was open, honest and only suggested Financing once. When I declined and stated my reason it was never brought up again. Upgrades/options were offered and discussed. He knew every detail on the truck I purchased and I didn't have to sit while he went to discuss/argue/plead on my behalf with some invisible manager. No one ever suggested that if I would, "just meet them halfway, I could drive away today". We struck a deal, shook hands and were done. One visit, one hour, one fine truck. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience. I'll be back. More

No complaints! Francisco was great! We were able to do most of the paperwork over the phone and that lead to only being at the dealership for an hour to sign the fin Francisco was great! Dissatusied Customer, No follow through Regular scheduled maintenance, made service advisor aware of my hood peeling and my running boards peeling since Movember 2018, I have been there for Regular scheduled maintenance, made service advisor aware of my hood peeling and my running boards peeling since Movember 2018, I have been there for regular service 3 times since then and all 3 times the service advisor said he would email the DM as of today 7 months later I am very dissatisfied with the service of Rivard and would not buy another vehicle from them nor would I never recommend them, there had never been any achknowledgement about this issue. I have never noticed this defect in any other GMC truck the either same running board or the same color More
