A friend recommend this place but I won’t do the same for my friends ! Definitely not customer service driven on my experience so far! Hopefully other ford dealerships can do the warranty if it's going to be this way! The purchase was a flawless transaction I must add but yeah! Maybe the first and last at this location! More

I never thought I'd be writing a review like this, but my experience at Griffin Ford was nothing short of an absolute disaster. To say I'm disappointed would be a severe understatement. First, let's talk experience at Griffin Ford was nothing short of an absolute disaster. To say I'm disappointed would be a severe understatement. First, let's talk about their blatant overpricing of the Mustang Mach E. It's no secret that the Mach E is a hot vehicle, but Griffin Ford has taken advantage of the demand by inflating their prices to astronomical levels. Not only were they asking for thousands over MSRP, but they also had the audacity to include unnecessary add-ons and fees, further inflating the final price. This predatory pricing is an insult to car buyers and has no place in a reputable dealership. Now, onto their appalling customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The sales staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to my needs. When I finally managed to get their attention, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was constantly pressured to make a decision on the spot. When I questioned the outrageous pricing of the Mustang Mach E, they tried to justify it with laughable excuses, such as "limited availability" and "exclusive features." What's worse, they became increasingly rude and condescending when I refused to accept their unreasonable offers. After multiple attempts to negotiate a fair price, I finally decided to walk away. I couldn't believe how I was treated and was left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid Griffin Ford at all costs. Their outrageous pricing and abysmal customer service are a disgrace to the automotive industry. I will never return, and I urge others to steer clear of this dealership. More

Yet again Griffin Ford amazes me! They always go above and beyond what I ask for and great experience from start to finish. John K and Brandon Mac in used sales did a great job and so They always go above and beyond what I ask for and great experience from start to finish. Our experience purchasing our new 2022 Ford Explorer from Griffin Ford was one of no pressure and patience. He showed us what was available and allowed us the time we needed to make our decision, not rushing us at all. After making our decision on which Explorer we wanted and agreeing on a fair price he introduced us to Sam Cottrel in Finance who worked with us on closing the deal, saving us money and getting us a great APR and payments that we can afford.
