I cannot express enough as to what a great experience I had purchasing from Irvine Subaru. Usually, if I can just get in and out of a dealership without being there for 4-5 hours, I consider it a win. I wa had purchasing from Irvine Subaru. They had the color we wanted, and they matched a very aggressive local deal (San Diego) graciously. The sales manager, Dustin Martin, was personally involved and is just a super nice guy. Frank Farey was awesome and made sure the car was ready and made sure we knew everything about the car. She gives a fair price and is super efficient in getting the new vehicle paperwork processed. I was in and out in less than an hour. I must give a shout-out to Erika, who helped us with our new car set-up. She is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, personable, and such a pleasure to deal with. I think this is now my fifth Subaru from Irvine Subaru. And I will definitely be back for the sixth. We moved from California to Arizona a few years ago, and this is our second car from Irvine Subaru after the move--it is well worth the 6-hour drive each way knowing that I will be treated fairly and respectfully at Irvine Subaru.
