Irvine Subaru is by far the best dealership I have ever used in purchasing a new vehicle. I am a return customer and I often recommend Irvine Subaru to others. Desi and her entire team are a breath of fresh air. No nonsense with price, virtually useless dealer add-ons that you get at other dealers. She gives a fair price and is super efficient in getting the new vehicle paperwork processed. I was in and out in less than an hour. I must give a shout-out to Erika, who helped us with our new car set-up. She is an absolute gem. Knowledgeable, personable, and such a pleasure to deal with. I think this is now my fifth Subaru from Irvine Subaru. And I will definitely be back for the sixth. We moved from California to Arizona a few years ago, and this is our second car from Irvine Subaru after the move--it is well worth the 6-hour drive each way knowing that I will be treated fairly and respectfully at Irvine Subaru.
