I pointed out my concerns to management and they quickly and professional worked with me to resolve and ensured that I was once again a very satisfied client. I will continue to use this dealership for years to come and will recommend to friends and family members. I want to add that John DiLieto treats my car like his own and makes sure it receives the highest care when I bring it in for service. So still five stars in my book for the dealer and the employees I come in contact with. More

The last 4 have come from Circle Infiniti and although I have never considered car shopping one of my favorite pastimes, Circle Infiniti has somehow managed to turn the process into a pleasant one. The staff is outstanding. My salesperson is Joel Friedman and he is probably the most professional and straightforward auto salesperson that I have ever dealt with. My 4 lease experiences were all one visit each and done !! As far as the service staff is concerned, Frank is an outstanding manager and pays close attention to customer concerns, but among the service advisors Pam Crisafulli is absolutely the most competent person I have ever met in all my years of driving.
