Poor customer service, unwilling to make any deal. Was told,"I don't even want your trade-in!" Frank and Alex both were bragging about how they had 50 un-answered phone calls before noon! Took me, basically a week to make an appointment with Frank. When I showed up I was pawned off on Alex! Whom I waited for over an hour while he checked KBB on my vehicle! This was not the type of service I expected. What has happened to customer service? Don't fill out information online as they said," I don't even know how to access that information!" Nobody contacts you either! Anyway, went to another Mercedes dealer, got what I was asking for my trade-in, got the vehicle I wanted, priced 10K under what they were asking for same make and model, and, all without the pompous attitude! Don't waste your time, go somewhere else that wants your business. More

I only dealt with the sprinter van sales guys and they were awesome!!! I didnt buy from Rocklin MB in the end, no fault of theirs, I just wanted a van that no dealership had with the specific features i w were awesome!!! So i had to order one and i found a dealer with an earlier build built slot available. After a lot of back and forth with me deciding on what i wanted while i was working with Rocklin MB, and after they knew i was not going to buy from them, they were still incredibly helpful with answering all my questions and how the factory built process works and what accessories i should or shouldn’t get for my sprinter van build. Both Alex and Frank were very personable, professional and helpful. Going beyond their duties as a car salesman, at least thats how i felt, and had so much extra knowledge about MB accessories as well as aftermarket. I will definitely work with these guys in the future. -Roy More
