Frank was amazing! We knew he was our guy after talking to him for 5 minutes. He was nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about Hondas and their competitors. Dealer was knowledgeable and great to work with. My only complaint is the TIME involved, we were at the dealership for 5 hours. Is that normal? Are we just pampered whiney millennials?
