I was initially promised a vehicle in 2 weeks. It took almost 7 to deliver. During this time period, the only updates i could get was asking for one. Most promises and deals are hand written on pa It took almost 7 to deliver. During this time period, the only updates i could get was asking for one. Most promises and deals are hand written on paper which then mysteriously disappears. I was offered 5.59 apr, which ended up being 6.75... payment was as promised so far. I was also promised, due to the delay of the vehicle, that my windows would be tinted. This was agreed to but they failed to mention that the rear windows came tinted from the factory. They then stated they could not make the front windows darker due to laws... Which i know are false because the last car i got from them, also new, had front windows tinted. Overall... Avoid this dealer. The only reason i came back was to get rid if my original lease with them. More

I think that the window sticker specs should have been brought to the negotiating table. I made an assumption that floor mats were included. It was dark outside and I didn’t notice they weren’t in the c brought to the negotiating table. I made an assumption that floor mats were included. It was dark outside and I didn’t notice they weren’t in the car. Needless to say I have to buy them. Also, I was told my trade in amount and the sales rep, Kelli, agree, yet what shows on the paperwork is $850 less. Finally, I asked for the car registration to be included and Frankie told me that they don’t do that. He lied as my friend bought her Toyota there and they included her registration fees. I believe there is quite a bit of misrepresentation going on at this location, which is a legal issue. More

This is a typical dealership that is not working in your best interest. They are just out to sell a car. I was promised a maximum interest rate, and payments based on that. I signed documents while under th best interest. They are just out to sell a car. I was promised a maximum interest rate, and payments based on that. I signed documents while under the impression that my loan was approved for that interest rate. A WEEK later, I was called by the dealership to come back and re-sign documents because my approved interest rate was 2% higher, and my payment was over $100 per month higher than I agreed to and signed for!! I was told that I could bring the car back and cancel the deal, but there would be a “restocking charge”! This was a complete lie! A dealership cannot charge you a restocking fee when the terms of the loan are not what you agreed to and signed for. The bottom line is that they should not have delivered the vehicle until they knew for sure that the loan was fully approved at the interest rate quoted during the deal. There was no apology from the dealership and it seemed like they didn’t even care. They just blamed the bank for this. Again, a dealership has control over when they deliver a vehicle, and they should have waited for full approval before giving me the keys. More
