This was our second trip to Kernersville Dodge. This time was to get the recalls done on my Big Horn Ram which I purchased from this dealership. While we were waiting we decided to walk around and look for my wife a used vehicle. She found a 2020 Jeep Cherokee she liked. I walked in to the sales desk and asked if someone could help us. Immediately a salesman named Frankie Peralta jumped up from his desk and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle choices. He walked with us through the parking lot, shared options and prices. Then we looked at other vehicles on their website that were across the street. The final decision was made, and my wife bought her a 2020 Jeep and loved the experience and the drive home. Great place to go if you're looking for a new ride. And Frankie Peralta is the guy to help you. No hassle, No pressure just great service. And their service department took quick care of my Ram recalls. More

I went in this past week to see and test drive a Ram 1500. I went into Kernersville Dodge and was promptly assisted in being connected to a salesman. After returning the next day to purchase the vehicle, Frankie Peralta was able to assist me and my family in the purchase. He was efficient, friendly, and professional. 2019 Ram 2500 Purchase I knew what I wanted before I even contacted the dealership. Cheyenne Turnage contacted me first to confirm pricing. I was directed to come into the dealership and speak to an in house salesman. Frankie Peralta greeted me outside and took me inside to iron out the details and final numbers. Through the transfer process, Cheyenne, April Clay, and Frankie were patient and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want, (extended warranty or other services). Pricing was up front and spot on. Don Trexler handled the final financing paperwork and we were in and out on delivery day in less than 30 minutes. While it was Frankie's day off, Lee Smith took over and set my wife and I up for the test drive (it was a transferred vehicle). It was the easiest truck buying experience I've ever had. All employees were courteous and kind and never did I feel pressured. Even other salesmen such as Mac McCullough took the time to carry on a conversation with us while we waited to be seen by financing. This is a great place to deal with. These folks will listen to you, and then give you advice on models and options if you ask for their opinion. More
