Had 8:30 service appt took way to long for just an oil change this was the first time here for service. Not a real happy camper,waited an hour before service advisor came out said was going to be another change this was the first time here for service. Unsafe Although there were plenty of signs posted, actually creating a safe environment didn't seem important. The service advisors were barely beyond arms Although there were plenty of signs posted, actually creating a safe environment didn't seem important. The service advisors were barely beyond arms length. Only one of the 4 I saw was wearing a mask. The waiting room was in clear violation of the 6 foot rule recommended. There were a couple children running freely. I was one of three customers wearing a mask. I was only there because there was no other way to get my vehicle. The dealer should consider pick up/delivery of services vehicles. I cannot recommend this dealership during the pandemic. The work on my vehicle was done promptly and efficiently. The service advisor, Fred, was thorough and friendly. I would come back for the service, but not the environment. More
