let down upon arrival I called down to this dealership and set an appointment for my 90,000 mile service with your appointment scheduling dept only to be made aware of a re I called down to this dealership and set an appointment for my 90,000 mile service with your appointment scheduling dept only to be made aware of a recall on my vehicle. I didn't give it much thought but curiosity got the best of me and I made a follow up call to ask more details. Scott was the gentleman whom answered the phone and gave me a pretty good explanation on what's involved with this recall. He also seen my appointment and went over details about what to services where being performed during this service. when I got to the dealership I asked to deal with Scott and he was busy at the moment so i gentleman named Fred intercepted and stated he would get me started while Scott came to the write up area. Scott did finally come up and shook my hand and stated he will be on top of my car but through no avail I never seen Scott again and Fred was the person I was in contact with and it almost felt awkward for me watching Fred force Scott right out of this deal. I had no problems with Scott in fact I was grateful for the information Scott gave to me and gave me the extra attention to comfort me and explain things in detail I was impressed but at the same time let down because I'm sure Fred is good person I simply asked to deal with Scott and instead I got shoved on the back burner by Fred. I almost felt they were used car salesman blocking Scott from his well earned commission. I'm sorry but I will not return to this dealership. !st time back to this dealership in a while and yet again let down again by the expectations set from our first contact. More

The staff and s My family has 2 Toyota vehicles, and if we need service or maintenance done, the only place we will go to is Larry H. Miller Liberty. The staff and service is above and beyond. To start with, someone comes to greet you, then the staff makes sure have a service representative who will make sure you are aligned with them from beginning to end. The dealership itself is great. Great atmosphere, lots of seating areas, as well as a child's play area. They do a great job to make your time there a most pleasant one. I have a small daughter who is thrilled when I tell her we are going to Toyota. We would highly recommend them. More

We regularly service our 1993 Lexus LS 400 at Liberty Toyota - simply put, I will never take my car any place else! When a major component went bad, Fred Olsen gave me the option to purchase a factory o Toyota - simply put, I will never take my car any place else! When a major component went bad, Fred Olsen gave me the option to purchase a factory or after-market part and given the large price difference, I chose the after market part. Unfortunately, the aftermarket part(s) just didn't cut it, and an associated problem arose. Given that, Liberty Toyota - at no charge to me - replaced the part and gave me a rental each time (the aftermarket parts failed more than once, unfortunately.) Ultimately, we both came to the conclusion that the ‘aftermarket’ for this particular part would not solve the problem and they offered to install a factory part, and only charged the difference in price. Liberty surely lost a lot of money on this repair (labor, car rental, etc.) but each and every time they made the decision in terms of what was best for ME, the car owner. We get this kind of service EVERY TIME we go to Liberty Toyota, which is one reason we’re looking exclusively at (Liberty) Toyota for when we purchase our next car. More
