I usually go to Sterling McCall GMC but decided to try DeMontrond Buick GMC since it's closer. This was a complete mistake due to the poor customer service and overall experience. I went in for an oil DeMontrond Buick GMC since it's closer. This was a complete mistake due to the poor customer service and overall experience. I went in for an oil change and a 90k miles service. The person assisting me, Fred, didn't have a pricing sheet and instead used a calculator to come up with a price, which seemed very shady. I had no clear idea of what I was being charged for, and the final amount was $900. I asked if they provided a free car wash for customers, and Fred said yes. However, when I arrived, there were three salespeople just talking amongst themselves. I waited about 15 minutes, and none of them bothered to ask if I needed help. They completely ignored me the whole time. When I finally got my keys back, the truck had not been washed as promised. I asked again, and Fred said they would do it. A guy took the truck and returned in literally three minutes. The truck was dripping water, and there were wet puddles on my carpet—clearly, a very poor car wash job. This is the worst service I have ever received from a GMC dealership. It seems like there's no one in charge on the Saturday shift, and the staff doesn't care about customer needs at all.
