Very friendly and welcoming. I had just had my car total and Mr. Brookin was able to calm my fears. We were scheduled to meet again on Friday but a family emergency came up and he immediately set me up with Mr. Patterson so I wouldn't have to wait longer. I was in desperate need for a car. I appreciate that he took the time to see that I was taken good care of. Mr. Patterson came with the same friendly and welcoming attitude. I was so impressed with the time he took to explain to me about the dealership and how I will be a part of the family. He took great care of me.
