My car didn’t even get cleaned or vacuumed after I waited all morning and day with my daughter. No one asked us if we needed a ride across the highway to get food (thank God I had snacks for my child). I pay all morning and day with my daughter. No one asked us if we needed a ride across the highway to get food (thank God I had snacks for my child). I payed $700 for an oil change and an alignment. There’s no way I realized I didn’t even get a receipt plus I paid all cash. This is the worst dealership!!! I’m taking my business somewhere else because normally I do not leave reviews, but this bad service was definitely a first. Also me and my daughter were left last when I made a prior appointment yet we waited 5 hours. By the time I got the bill I just paid and left because I had to worry about my child’s needs. Still once I got home and realized what had happened instead of BMW of Springfield being a hero they played me. Do not get played. Go to a dealership where people understand it’s not what you do it’s how you do it. More

I would like to commend my Sales Consultant, Christian Mendez, in particular. He absolutely embodies Integrity, absolute commitment to Customer Satisfaction, extremely knowledgeable and Professional. I Mendez, in particular. He absolutely embodies Integrity, absolute commitment to Customer Satisfaction, extremely knowledgeable and Professional. I have now purchased 2 M Series BMW's from Christian, and it is an absolute pleasure, and can attest, as many of you can imagine, is not the norm in the Car Sales Business. Christian makes the purchase experience as easy, while being cumulative, and most important, is not a "game player" that you will typically find at other Dealerships. They don't throw non-competitive numbers out there at first and you have to play that game for 3 rounds or so. Integrity and value is what you are going to get from the start. Christian is honest, totally fair from the start, and a straight shooter. There is no reason to go elsewhere and "waste" time with fooling around with numbers, someone who doesn't know the vehicle in and out, etc.. Again, his sincerity and integrity is second to none. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Michael, who couldn't be accommodating enough. My limited experience with the Sales Department has been truly seamless and excellent. Again, my highest commendation to Christian, and I highly recommend that you go visit Christian first if you are ever in the Market to purchase or lease a BMW. I assure you, you will be extremely satisfied, and will need no further research or any other home. More

Amazing Service Department - always there when you need them This review is a bit belated but so well deserved. Truly hope that you will acknowledge these amazing representatives: Gabe Coehlo, April Quist and J This review is a bit belated but so well deserved. Truly hope that you will acknowledge these amazing representatives: Gabe Coehlo, April Quist and Jeremy Britanak who went above and beyond. I am the proud owner of a BMW Hybrid 5 (535). While driving the car, only after purchasing it a month or so prior, one of the alert lights went on, without an appointment, I pulled right into the service center, explained the situation and showed them the alert . Immediately, they had a customer service representative come talk to me and look at the car. His name was Gabe Coehlo. Gabe explained that the car would need to be kept over night and set me up with a loaner car. While there my sales rep, Jeremy Britanak saw me came right over and asked what was wrong and connected me with April Quist. April immediately engaged and kept the process moving. The particular service issue took longer than the basic 24/48 service call. This problem caused me to be without my car for a bit over 2.5 weeks. Gabe, Jeremy, April are outstanding in every way, Personable, patience and honest. Each one of them stayed connected with me though the process, alternating updates on progress and made sure I was comfortable in the loaner issued and understood the next steps needed in the repairs. My experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was top. They kept me informed every step of the way and continually reassured me. Outstanding customer service from some amazing teammates, that you should be honored to have representing your company. Amazing Massage Chairs I didn't want to leave ! April & Gabe checked on me to see if I needed anything. Got me when car was done timely manner had car pulled up and ready !! They delivered my latest BMW this morning, and every aspect of the experience was ultra professional and thoroughly cordial. Ms. Grzebyk was wonderful to deal with, she knew the vehicles precisely, and her responsiveness (several times from home on days off) and immediate attention to detail was just amazing.
