My Review Of David McDavid Acura Plano:

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Everyone worked to make me feel comfortable and to achieve an agreed upon price. All around, I was very pleased and would defintely recommend David McDavid Acura.

I will say that I don't like the heavy pressure to purchase extended warranty options. I know that is part of the finance person's job (I can't recall his name) to try and sell those additional options; but when I say no the first time, I mean no and don't want to be pushed and pressured to do it.

I recently purchased 2012 Acura MDX and Gabriel Sotelo was our sales associate. He was extremely helpful and provided keen attention to us. His follow-up on the sales was amazing and he made our car buying a pleasant experience. Would recommend this dealership for Gabe !

This is the second new Acura we purchased with Gabe Sotelo's help. When it was time for a new car my husband and I specifically called Gabe for an appointment. He is very knowledgeable of all of the Acura products, has a very pleasant demeanor and helped us through the process with ease. When we need another car, we will be calling Gabe again.

Gabe helped us get a great price to get a tint on our new TSX Wagon.
We are very appreciative of his help and the way he took care of us during
the entire process. He also made sure that we had a car to drive while
work is being done on our car. What a great customer service!
