Best car buying experience I’ve had. This was my second vehicle purchased from Toyota of Cedar Park and my first time working with Gareth. Gareth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles and he even let me put my dog crates in the cars to see how they’d fit! He was communicative without being pushy (and communicated via text!) which I really appreciated. He sent me some paperwork ahead of time to save time when I came in to purchase my vehicle. I got a 2025 Land Cruiser and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! He even helped me get services scheduled for my 2022 Sienna that I bought at a different dealership. This was my first new car purchase, but not my first dealership to visit. Gareth was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He has a clear passion for Toyota and the excellent quality and reliability in the vehicles they produce. Whereas other dealership experiences have felt like the sales people are just looking to make a sale on whatever they can, Gareth listened to my situation and what I was looking for, and was very patient in our conversation to help me work out what was best for me. My experience was even more positive and stress free than I could imagine.
