Came into dealership back in November for some more information, but timing wasn’t right on my end. They respected that and gave my time to do what I needed to do. Came back in at end of month Febru information, but timing wasn’t right on my end. They respected that and gave my time to do what I needed to do. Came back in at end of month February to look at some other options and fell in love with a 2018 Outlander Sport with only 70 miles on it. When looking to get it financed, the numbers didn’t come back where I wanted them at first. When I told my salesman Garret this though, Elder Mitsubishi was able to lower the numbers back into my budget. From there everything went extremely quick and easy with Marli in finance, and while I waited Dean showed me everything I needed to know about my new ride. Once I signed papers, I was able to drive away in my new car that same day! More

Garrett was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle we were interested in. He listened to our questions and concerns so as to not waste our time. There was no high pressure sales tactics but hi vehicle we were interested in. He listened to our questions and concerns so as to not waste our time. There was no high pressure sales tactics but his follow through on returning phone calls, setting appointments and attention to detail was fantastic. Overall this was a very pleasant car buying experience. We even got hotdogs on Saturday and rang the giant gong after our purchase. More

We didn't think we were going to have much luck as we don't have great credit. Garrett took the time to go back and forth with multiple lenders and multiple vehicles until we found the right fit for our don't have great credit.
