We just bought a new CX9, and couldn't be happier. Garret was great to work with, very friendly, and not too pushy. Once we got into financing Grant was equally great. I was at the dealership with a friend, who was buying a new Mazda. From looking at the cars and features, and reviewing the prices, I decided I wanted a new Mazda too! Garrett worked hard to make the de new Mazda. From looking at the cars and features, and reviewing the prices, I decided I wanted a new Mazda too! Garrett worked hard to make the deal work (and it was closing time the night before a holiday). I had a specific budget and with some effort Garrett was able to make the deal work within my budget. I didn't feel pressured at all. And I love my new Mazda. I drove a BMW for two weeks, and the new Mazda 3 has the tight and smooth feel of the BMW (in my opinion anyway) but a bit smaller and with way better gas mileage. More

Garrett was very professional and friendly during the entire transaction. I wasn't sure what model of car I wanted, and he did not pressure me into a Mazda. He definitely knew the features of the CX-5, and he was excited about them, not just going through the motions. I was also impressed that both he and Steve Wray in finance drive Mazdas. It's nice to know they believe in the product enough to buy it. Garrett worked very hard, including on his days off, to be sure I got the exact car I wanted with the features I wanted. He seemed genuinely concerned that I be happy with my purchase. Steve was very helpful as well without heavy pressure to buy all the add ons. He explained the options and let me decide what I thought would be best for me and my circumstances. Both Garrett and Steve were respectful of me and my time which I appreciated. I've bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was the best experience I've had overall. It is my first Mazda, but it is unlikely to be my last. More

Went with Mom to look at a Mazda 3. We were helped by Garrett Oxnaes. He was friendly and was not pushy. I knew my mom would not deal with pushy sales people. Garrett has excellent customer service skills and we did not feel pressured. I knew when Mom went inside to Garrett had done his job. In fact somehow during the process, Garrett, working with Anthony was able to work it so that I got a car too! Now that's what I call a good sales associate. I will recommend Garrett and Mazda of Elk Grove to my friends. Thank Garrett. More
