This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. I arrived at opening time and all sales associates were in a meeting. They called one of them out of the meeting to answer my questions dealership. I arrived at opening time and all sales associates were in a meeting. They called one of them out of the meeting to answer my questions. I expected strong arm tactics but was pleasantly surprised the way Garrett treated me and how informative he was. Garrett went beyond the call of duty and even personally delivered my NEW Mazda. Steve was also great and helped to speed up the paperwork process while explaining what had to be signed. More

Car shopping is not always enjoyable but here we felt very comfortable. We test drove new and old cars. Garrett Oxnaes was the reason we chose our Mazda over Honda or Toyota. He was extremely imformative and ev en did a side by side comparison to other makes and models for us. It is very refreshing to have such a wonderful car buying experience after visiting other area dealerships. Garrett was very low pressure and walked us through every step of the sale and even stayed after his shift was to end to complete the sale. Steve Wray was a delight to complete the financing process with! The entire staff was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We have purchased several vehicles in our 20 year marriage and this was by far the best! I am already looking forward to 2017 when we come in and get our next new Mazda! More
