Shannon Dillman has been my service advisor since around 2007 and has always taken nothing but the best care of me. My only problem with the Service Dept. is that their estimate sheet showed that I needed an air filter- critical. But, I had them change the air filter a few weeks prior to this visit. The is that their estimate sheet showed that I needed an air filter- critical. But, I had them change the air filter a few weeks prior to this visit. They explained a computer glitch, then told me that no one had actually LOOKED at my air filter, the computer just showed a critical service need based on mileage. So, be careful with them when they recommend a service. Be sure to have a human tech verify what mis needed before authorizing More
