I wanted to share my great experience at West German BMW at Fort Washington, PA .I have been a customer of WG for many years . This has been the best personal customer service I have ever experienced! Amazi at Fort Washington, PA .I have been a customer of WG for many years . This has been the best personal customer service I have ever experienced! Amazing service at the service department! Especially from Ben . He amazing and make the process really smooth every time I bring my car for service. All staff go above and beyond for the customers and try to help as much as possible. Great service! Also ask for Ed F if you buy or lease. He is amazing sales person . He was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price . I recommended anyone to go see Ed.
