Service has gone down over the years. Advisors used to be engaged and seemed like they cared. Now you feel like a number. No one remembers who you are or why you’re there. Dropped my car Advisors used to be engaged and seemed like they cared. Now you feel like a number. No one remembers who you are or why you’re there. Dropped my car off and it was there for over 5 hours, I never saw or even heard from the service advisor assigned to me. No one called me about my car. The last hour before closing, I called to ask if I was getting my car back that day and the receptionist had no clue what happened with my service. Turns out, the diagnostic test wasn’t performed, said my car was test-driven and no issue found. No one ever called to tell me that. I could’ve had my car back soon after leaving it. I’m disappointed. Considering trying another dealer in a nearby city for future needs. More

Scheduled appointment for three issues on a hummer I leased new there. Service advisor upon arrival said he only had time to do the tire rotation, not look at the check battery light or charger cover th leased new there. Service advisor upon arrival said he only had time to do the tire rotation, not look at the check battery light or charger cover that sticks. I explained I drove 40 minutes to visit the dealer I bought it from and he didn’t care. Week later I’m left stranded and the car has to be towed leading to an array of issues. Will never buy from James Woods again! More
