It started out good as usual but when I came to pick up my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He my car from service my agent was not available. I waited a while but when no one helped me I asked someone who had just finished with a customer. He rudely told me rhat he had another client and I needed to speak with my agent. When I tried to explain that he was not available he rudely pointed to someone else to help me that had just walked up. I wish I had gotten his name. Otherwise the person that helped me was very courteous and went to find my paperwork and we even shared a laugh. I say all of this to say that I generally have a great experience, so one time will not spoil the other times at this dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Molle since 2001 and currently I am looking to purchase a 3rd. Hope this review is helpful. More

I was very disappointed when they tried to give me a bill or an estimate of $3,000 for a front end alignment for new tires I was told the front end alignment would be $300 I'm at the tires would be $2,700 I or an estimate of $3,000 for a front end alignment for new tires I was told the front end alignment would be $300 I'm at the tires would be $2,700 I don't know any tires that are worth that amount of money and I don't know if it was because I was a woman that they thought I was not very intelligent and would go ahead and do it but thank God I knew better More

I've always had the best service at Molle's. My service representative succinctly explained what was going on with my car. He explained why water was leaking behind my right front fender and what to expect when the weather gets cold. Masks are required inside businesses in Jackson County and your employees should comply. Anyone inside the drop off area should be wearing a mask, regardless of if they're talking to a customer. I saw 4 people - 2 at drop off and 2 at pick up - that weren't wearing masks. More
