My experience with this dealership has been outstanding, at every level. I have been buying Nissan products since 1990, and in that period have about 20 vehicles. Since I'm active duty Army, I have had the at every level. I have been buying Nissan products since 1990, and in that period have about 20 vehicles. Since I'm active duty Army, I have had the opportunity to evaluate dealerships from Frankfurt Germany, to Texas, Virginia and Maryland. Sutherlin Nissan is not the most beautiful building, but the friendliness and helpfullness of the Sutherlin employees is its true beauty. I currently have a 2003 Maxima, and since its an older vehicle, I have had the privilege of encountering George Fata, the parts manager. His professionalism and honesty will always keep me coming back to Sutherlin. About a year ago, I bought a 2008 Armada from Mike Eddy. He's not pushy, and actually listened to what I say, and went out of his way, to meet my demands. I really appreciate the atmosphere of the whole dealership, which is almost like an extended family. I will be making a military move to Pittsburgh in about a wekk, but I will be comforted to know that my wife will still have Sutherlin for maintenance issues, or possible vehicle purchase. For years, I have been a returning customer to Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando’s service department for one reason: superior Service Advisors who have the “going the extra mile attitude.” It’s always a bad Nissan of Orlando’s service department for one reason: superior Service Advisors who have the “going the extra mile attitude.” It’s always a bad day when your automobile isn’t working properly, but when it has an intermittent issue that isn’t easily diagnosed, it is frustrating not only for the customer but also for the customer service advisors and the service technicians. My Nissan Quest had a very complex problem, but the customer service team at Sutherlin worked tirelessly and did not give up until they found the problem and fixed it! Sutherlin hit a gold mine when they hired Douglas H. and Jonathan S. These two men have exceeded all my expectations; Doug is attentive, sincere, and genuinely caring; Jonathan is knowledgeable, understanding, and a great communicator. Both were very patient in the process and gave me have a hassle-free service experience. Besides calling me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle and letting me borrow a courtesy car to drive, the most impressive example of customer care was a full tank of gas! Obviously, this was quite surprising and miles beyond the job expectations and certainly my expectations! I was completely overwhelmed by the friendly reception I got from the initial phone call to set the appointment, all the way to the end when I picked up my car. Jonathan was extremely helpful in acquiring approval from my extended warranty program for the mechanical work to be done. And before we even finished talking about the plan of action, a rental car had arrived for me to use since my car would be kept overnight and all through the next day. Everything went very smoothly, and when I came to pick up my car, Jonathan met me with answers to my many questions, and paperwork ready to go. All work was completed as promised and I had the deluxe wash and wax done while I had it in there. It looked great, and so far has been performing perfectly. All in all, it was the best service experience I've had with this dealership (or any dealership)! More

George Fata is the pinnacle of customer service- gregarious, friendly and helpful. In fact, there had actually been a mistake with my parts order, and it was taken care of the way these things shoul gregarious, friendly and helpful. In fact, there had actually been a mistake with my parts order, and it was taken care of the way these things should be: promptly, painlessly, and with no cost to the customer. It was very refreshing, and I wish his eagerness to provide great service carried over to more individuals in the business. In fact, he even brought me in to meet the owner, upon learning that I was car shopping. Unfortunately, at that point my experience with the car salesman who worked with me, Thomas, was so unsavory that I feel an obligation to mention it here. I felt uncomfortable, put down, and almost bullied by classic car-salesmen techniques. After our interactions, I actually felt bad that it was only in my budget to consider pre-owned vehicles, and at one point he said to me, "Well, if you want to walk away from [owner's name]'s generosity, then so be it." I couldn't wait to leave the place, and I found it hard to believe that it was such a bad and exhausting experience. Notice, however, that I still rate the Sutherlin Dealership with good customer service and overall decency, based not on my interaction with this one representative, but with the owner and other staff that I met, which was commendable. When I go to service my car, George is always a friendly face. He is willing to go beyond to help his customers. For example, I had purchased the slider that goes on the back trunk for a Nissan/Rogue. When face. He is willing to go beyond to help his customers. I was very grateful for that because there was no way I would have done that myself especially in this Florida heat! I look forward to returning and recommending Sutherlin Nissan especially for the professionalism and kindness of George. More
