Lela was great! When I showed her the three cars I found online, without asking, she immediately left and brought all three to the front so I could literally do a side-by-side comparison. Chris Walked Me Off The Ledge I called Service Advisor Chris Brown and told him about my problem with my 1999 Boxster. The battery had died and I could not open the front trunk to I called Service Advisor Chris Brown and told him about my problem with my 1999 Boxster. The battery had died and I could not open the front trunk to access the battery to replace it. After explaining that it could be opened through the front wheel well or the fuse box, but it was a technical procedure that I probably would not want to try, he recommended I tow the car to the dealership. Once the flatbed arrived, my AAA driver was not willing to attach the tow to the car, since my toe hoop was in the trunk and could not be accessed. I called Chris and he explained to the driver how to attach the tow, but also suggested we try the tow hoop from my 2018 Cayenne. The Cayenne hoop would not work, and the driver was not willing to attach the tow the way Chris recommended. Totally frustrated with everything, I called Chris back and told him I would leave the car in my garage until my son's next visit from Seattle and turn the car into a planter! While on the phone with Chris, the Tow Truck a driver figured out a way to get the car in the flatbed and we were on our way. I was a wreck by the time I got to the dealership. However, my day got a thousand percent better after I met with Chris. He was reassuring that they would be able to get the trunk opened, replace the battery and have me on my way in plenty of time to get to my 2:00 p.m. meeting. He took excellent care of me, his calming manner was just what I needed AND the excellent coffee. The dealership personnel are always friendly, accommodating, a try to make me comfortable whenever I visit. I even had a chance to visit with the salesman who sold me my Cayenne. They ALWAYS exceed my expectations! Of course, Chris had my car ready, washed and brought to me in plenty of time for me to make my merting. Thank you, Chris, for turning the disasterous start to my day into a great one! More
