After doing much research and contacting a couple of other dealers (not pleasant or productive) I found the used car I was looking for on their website, I sent the form requesting a test drive appointment. Received a call back within an hour from Frank, who was friendly, professional and didn’t pressure me. Made an appointment for 2 days later. On appointment day, Frank advised that he was unable to be there and his manager would be working with me. It was a nice change to walk from my car to the showroom without being approached by a dreaded “used car salesman.” (I will never use that term again after this experience!) The manager, Saeed, was available and started helping me immediately. Another friendly, no pressure professional. Having less than stellar credit, I was not sure that I would be able to get my used “dream car.” The Team (Javed, Saeed, Gerardo, Fred and Frank) at Norm Reeves Hyundai made that dream come true! I am so grateful and impressed by this entire car buying experience, which was unlike any I have ever experienced (I am 62)! Sorry this is so long, but want everyone who reads reviews to know what to expect from the moment you contact this dealership. I contacted a representative from the Cerritos location and I immediately got a response back. They were very helpful and within the week I stopped by in the location to fill out paperwork. I was immediately greeted and helped out. Everyone was friendly and everything went smoothly (they knew I didn't want to be there for long; they were efficient without being pushy). They would always make sure I fully understood everything and would also remind me that anything I wasn't sure about, I could always email or call them later whenever. They will definitely see me again when I'm car shopping with someone else or myself! More

I was there the other day to help my 92-year old mother-in-law navig Looking for a fair deal on a great car? If you are, get over to Cerritos Hyundai. I was there the other day to help my 92-year old mother-in-law navigate the end of the lease on her Sonata. Vito Beato welcomed us to the lot and guided us through all of the options available to her, worked within her budget, and NEVER tried to force her into something extra that she didn’t want or need. Vito did have several obligatory trips over to Javed Rasheed, the General Sales Manager, but Javed and his support team seemed only bent on making the process (which is always LONG) as straightforward and positive for my mother-in-law as possible. Once it was determined that she was looking to keep the car, Gerardo Dorantes, the Finance Director, sped us through the myriad of State and contract forms as fast as seemed humanly possible. All in all, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and demonstrated only the highest levels of integrity. We enjoyed an excellent experience! More

We needed to get a higher profile vehicle for my partner as his mobility isn't what it used to be and getting in and out of our Buick LaCrosse was torture. Hooman met us at the front of the dealership and really listened to our needs. We test drove a Santa Fe Sport Turbo! Great ride! Hooman and his GM, Javed Rasheed and Gerardo Dorantes, the money dude, made the buying process nearly painless! Even, almost, handing over the $$$$! We feel we got a great deal.
