The people in finance have no knowledge or experience of credit or whatsoever. They never follow up with you. You would have to be calling them to follow up ever with the plates. I ran thru so much problems with them and on top of all jean Carlos messed up my credit by running it thru banks and i was not even there and i specifically said not to run my credit again. Jean carlos is very inefficient and rude he should not be a manager if he has no manners nor customer service skills. More

Nightmare service experience I’ve never encountered a worse service experience. I made a service appointment for a routine oil change and was told approximately 1 hour for comple I’ve never encountered a worse service experience. I made a service appointment for a routine oil change and was told approximately 1 hour for completion. I returned in 1.5 hrs and the car hadn’t even been taken in for service. In all it took 4.5 hrs for a simple oil change and was given cliche excuses. To compound matters I ended up having to pay for a tire rotation fee that was in the fine print that no one told me about that they require. Absolutely horrific. More

We then went to Hudson Honda a couple of days ago and their service exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very accommodating. From the Sales Rep., to the Finance Director. Everyone explained to us the step by step process of owning a vehicle, the pros and cons of everything. Basically they went through all the options we have regarding our purchase or the insurance coverage, which the other dealership failed to inform us about. I would recommend anyone to just buy from this dealership and not waste your time and money on the others. More
