Service was immediate as I stepped through the door, cool-mannered and non-abrasive (unlike another nearby dealership who shall not be named),however, the time was taken to address important aspects of vehicle quality, features, pricing, etc. without my feeling the least bit pressured, which is something I cannot say for any dealership I've ever visited in the past. Truly, this has been a unique experience. As I drove off the City Volkswagen Evanston lot in my new(ish) '09 Corolla, on the phone with my folks bragging to them about how smooth its engine sounded and its sunroof, I'd never been more confident about a purchase for a great price.
