Satisfied with my new car I had not intended to make a final decision when I went to the dealership that night. Gino was helpful, friendly, informative and courteous. Neither h I had not intended to make a final decision when I went to the dealership that night. Gino was helpful, friendly, informative and courteous. Neither he nor Doug applied too much pressure. I felt the car I ended up leasing was a good choice for the money involved. The whole process was completed in a timely fashion. I appreciated Gino's assistance in turning in my previously leased Toyota. I am satisfied with my car & so far enjoying it. My only complaint was the stipulation of a $300.00 penalty if I failed to buy or lease another Subaru. It very nearly cancelled the whole deal and I still regret accepting that clause. Are you really so unsure of your product that you need to have financial insurance of a future sale? This 'hook' should be disclosed earlier in the process. More

After experiencing another dealership where we were disregarded and made to feel somewhat uncomfortable, it was really refreshing to be taken seriously and learn more about the features that come in a Subaru. Very happy with the help we received and the car we purchased! More

Gino Palombo and Brandon Miles were outstanding I was in parking lot for less than 5 minutes where I was greeted my a nice, well dress gentlemen. He ended up being my salesmen. The lot was well maintained and organized with different models. The showroom was fancy, clean, high tech, and offers free refreshments. The bathroom were also well maintained and clean. They even had a doogie bowl out for free water for our pets. I was paired also with the used car salesmen since he had been reaching out to me. I will go on and on about Brandon Miles. He is young and age and maybe experience but he is the nicest young gentleman ever ! I had a friend who I possible going to buy a ford from, but he couldn't even have the courtesy of calling me back. Brandon, on the other hand was consistent. He made regular calls throughout the week. He pulled cars I might be interested in. And finally was trying to make an appointment for me to come in to the used car dealership to look. My experience was great. I ended up buying a used crosstrek, and I love it. My other salesmen Gino Palombo went over and beyond trying to make me happy. I had a few scratches and one ding that Gino buffed out himself when I when back two days later to discuss a few issues I had. Now that is SERVICE ! The two gentlemen worked together great and both stayed the entire time I was there, which was over two hours. Gino, was actually late for his own daughter birthday party because he wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and all my questions were answered. Both of these gentlemen are fairly new to this Subaru dealership and they deserve a raise. The dealership should be proud to have them part of their staff. More
