My First service experience at Lindsay Cadillac was Awful. I dropped my car for service, when I returned to pick it up I saw 3 people in my car and used it like uber. Mr. Pellegrino (Gino) is the main reason I continue to purhase my cars at Lindsay--providing superb service after sale. He is professional, courteous and technically competent, ensuring my car is well maintained, and I have no worries. Clearly, one of the best if not the best advisor I have ever experienced. My last service went equally well from the moment I arrived when I was greeted by Gino. He kept me informed throughout the process, in person and through texts, The technician servicing my car identified and repaired a safety issue which I appreeciated.
