The MSRP total included the delivery, processing and handling fee of $1,120.00 (they gave us a $245.00 discount) but still had to pay the balance. When we questioned salesperson Girish and manager Moe both said the buyer has to pay and we paid. Later, we called two other Toyota dealerships and both dealers confirmed that since the MSRP total includes the delivery, processing and handling fee they will not charge the customer. We lost the trust we had in Elgin Toyota and it will be hard to buy another car or recommend them to someone else. More
