Prior to coming in I called several dealerships to get my best deal. I spoke on the phone with Paul who gave me a price but said he could not guarantee it over the phone. When I arrived I was met by David who was already up to speed and gave me the offer that Paul said on the phone (a first for me). Giuseppe the manager saw to it that every detail was addressed to our complete satisfaction. We left with the car that day - they even got us a better deal on the insurance for the car. I was amazed at the friendliness, Efficiency, and honesty of everyone we dealt with that day. More

Nick A was the salesman and Giuseppe was the manager, while I also sat with Mike in finance. Nick answered all of my questions and showed me a few different cars. Giuseppe honored a fair price and Mike presented a variety of finance options. All of these gentlemen were professional and not pushy at all. I plan on bringing my business back to Security in the future and would recommend any new buyer give them a try. The showroom is clean, waiting area is comfortable and atmosphere is laid back. More

Wasted time Wasted my wholeeee day there!!! My sis bought jeep from there ANDDD her mother in law and my other sis and hubby have jeeps. Both bought from Securi Wasted my wholeeee day there!!! My brother (who planned to get Ram from them) and I were there alllllllllll day. Finally came to the price i wanted. Sales guy was so nice! Told me they were bringing car around. And alllll they had to do was transfer plates. Everything was good. I paid my deposit etc. i was excited!! My brother had left bc as far as he was concerned. They just had to transfer plates! And i was set! Paperwork done. Everything done. THEN they call me in office. Changed prices all around. I was so confused. Told me i had to pay wayyyyy more than what i was already paying. Sooooo confusing!! They literally tried to F with me. And screwed me over. I was so upset. I left withoutttt the car! And they lost brand loyal customers! And my brother who was coming in next month for Ram. Lolll. They are So rude and xxxxxxxx! Will never go back. Telling everyone i know who wanted to go to jeep. DONT DO IT ! More

Many lies, tried sell other products and insulting a client! Said over the phone that they had the vehicle I was looking for. Upon arrival was a different vehicle. Offered a trade in amount, then came back with Said over the phone that they had the vehicle I was looking for. Upon arrival was a different vehicle. Offered a trade in amount, then came back with a lower amount, I was referred to them by my bank's program and had already my loan approved by my bank, but instead the finance guy tried to sell me their financing, which totally conflict of interest with the agreement they signed with my bank. Because I wouldn't take their financing they said I could not take the car after waiting for 4 hours at this dealership. The manager JR said to get the fu.... out of there. My bank told me not to do business with this dealership, ever!!!. I certainly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership and go somewhere else where honesty decency is still in existence. They still call me to come back, but after the fare well words from their management, I prefer to drive the necessary miles to keep away from them. My neighbors also had the same experience driving North, East and West for a decent dealership. Jason Waters was the only decent person. More
