Service department has proven themselves to be completely incompetent on a number of "repairs" to our truck purchased there in June. We always have to take it back for them to fix what they've broken and/or to have the work completed because they aren't able to remedy it the same day. Today they changed our oil and overfilled it. The cap either blew off or was never put back on and now our engine compartment is full of oil.They have the worst service department I have ever encountered and the manager is full of excuses instead of solutions. More

I found with that combination it is a win win!!!! After asking questions about what I was looking for he was straight forward and quick about availability of what was as close as possible of my wants/need/desires s in a vehicle! Actually, I met Evan in December when I saw a car I thought I HAD to have. I came really close to purchasing that vehicle from him in December. However determined it was not prudent for me at that time; and he never held that against me or prejudged my readiness to purchase this time in September. Again he displayed professionalism, readiness and helpfulness that got me a vehicle that has made me extremely happy actually giddy about a vehicle which I had not felt in so many years! Thank you Evan Loy! A very happy client of Evan. Plus I would be remiss if I did not mention his GSM Glendon Wihelm, another great guy that helped endlessly on this quest to make another happy Laird Noller client! Glendon is their GSM and this man is totally hands on if your sales guy is busy on other endeavors; so with a great manager like Glendon you are NEVER left hanging. I like that kind of team work. Way to go guys. Again, I need to thank the finance gentlemen too, they do their best to expedite your car buying experience and keep it the joyful experience it is! We stopped by one afternoon and Jimmy came out to the lot to assist us and was helpful and very patient. We sat in and drove a few different vehicles and drove a couple of different Edge’s on three different days before we decided to try to make a deal. After we completed the purchase Jimmy spent a lot of time helping us with the on board technology and set up. We had to go back a couple of days later for help with the seats and Jimmy and Griff got us going. Working with Jimmy and being in Kaufman Jr. was a positive experience and we will look these guys up next time we are looking for a vehicle. More

Mr. Glass was very professional and courteous. Even with current vehicle maintenance problems, a breakdown, Mr. Glass was patient and very easy to work with. So, after a two week period of communicating back and forth with Mr. Glass he patiently answered all my questions and request and we were able to come to terms for a deal. I would send anyone of my own family members to Laird Noller Ford and have them by name ask for Gene Glass due to his professionalism and understanding nature! More

I went in with my son while he was looking for a truck and the car salesman, Shawn Kloepper, was the gentleman that ended up helping us... I was so impressed with Shawns customer service skills and sale and the car salesman, Shawn Kloepper, was the gentleman that ended up helping us... I was so impressed with Shawns customer service skills and sales approach to my sons needs that It made me look around to see if I might want something else... Shawn went beyond the call of duty to help us in every way. He introduced us to Glendon Willhelm, very nice and personable and said if we needed anything and Shawn wasnt available to just give him a call and he'd take care of us. That particular day we didnt get anything. HOWEVER, I was so impressed with these two gentleman I went back about a month later. I went in just to look and see what they had ( I had mentioned that I would like to have a SUV on the previous visit) Shawn was out with a customer, so Griff Swank took care of me until Shawn came back. Griff was very nice, courteous and very knowledgable also... He would be a person I would go to also if and only if Shawn wasnt available. ( I would wait for Shawn though!!) A 2008 Ford Escape had just come in not even on the lot yet and it was exactly what I was looking for. Good condition, right price and great miles. So I am now the owner of an SUV thanks to Shawn K, if it hadnt been for his sales technique, (NOT pushy at all and knowing what I was looking for) I am very happy with my purchase, the excellent service Shawn gave me and when it came to doing the deal with my trade in and everything Glendon was very personable, kind and worked very well with me. These two gentelmen went beyond the call of duty to help me get everything I needed. My son is next!!! People like these is what keep customers coming back.
