Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. They knowingly sold me a 2019 GMC Yukon XL with serious issues—including a damaged transmission, faulty motor mounts, and malfunctioning TPMS sensors They knowingly sold me a 2019 GMC Yukon XL with serious issues—including a damaged transmission, faulty motor mounts, and malfunctioning TPMS sensors (and that's just what has been discovered so far). We specifically asked to purchase an extended warranty and were oddly talked out of it, which is highly unusual for a dealership. When I returned shortly after the sale to address the problems, they refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable resolution. Zach Robinson, Glenn Peirce, Jon Day, and Joanna Thigpen all acted in bad faith, demonstrating a clear lack of transparency, honesty, and integrity throughout the entire process. More

If I could give this dealership a 0 that score would still be too high for the service I received. I was looking to but sensible preowned vehicle. After agreeing to a $0 price deduction for being a cash still be too high for the service I received. I was looking to but sensible preowned vehicle. After agreeing to a $0 price deduction for being a cash buyer I was told by the Used Car Manager Glenn that he could sell this vehicle to several other people and I could pay the entire balance today even though I was not taking delivery of the car until the scratches were buffed out of the door. The experience of purchasing a car is supposed to be memorable. After being yelled at for no apparent reason I gathered my dignity and took my business back to AutoNation. They didn't even bother to wash the car before they showed it to me! More
