While there purchasing our XT4 I was concerned about being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. Justin told me he would be sure to get me a cargo net, it being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. Justin told me he would be sure to get me a cargo net, it has been 3 months and I have not received one as of yet. We went down one time to pick up floor mats and he told me it was on back order, but he would mail it to me as soon as they came in. I also talk to Ryan the sales Manager and he said he would check on it and get back to - NEVER CALLED BACK. You are only as good as your word. And their word isn't good, you promise customers something and don't follow through on your word. I called again today and had to leave a message - let's see if anyone calls me back. I love my car, but I also need sincere customer service also before I would return to them or even recommend them to a friend. They didn't hastate to take our check but can't even return a phone call!!!!!! Charlene C. Prices were great and they even delivered it 6. 5 hours away. But they were very pushy on the financial end. They were relentless about financing in house so we could complete the deal in a hurry. More

BEWARE: Purchased 2022 Sierra 2500 HD on July 28,2022. On August 27th, we noticed back bumper bent. Looks like it happened during delivery from car hauler. Contacted dealership immediately. Took to dealership August 29th, was told they would see what they could do and get back with us. We called multiple times leaving a message with no response. Called again on September 7th and threaten to call Mr. Thornton before we got a call back. Was told they would meet us halfway and get us a bumper at dealership cost and call us back within 24 hours. Again no response. Called sever more times left multiple messages for Ryan Dodson and to this day no response. We realize we did not catch the bumper issues till after the fact, but expect them to keep their word. Filed a complaint with BBB. They responded to BBB and said that they offer to fix the truck at dealership cost and we refused. This is a LIE, we were told that but they would never contact us with a price even after multiple calls to the dealership. Reviewed their reviews on website and it appears they have a hard time calling people back when there is an issue. They have yet to call us and guess they never will. Gene Wooten I wanted to give an update. Surprisingly enough 2 days after our post we did receive a call with the offer and quote to purchase a bumper at dealership cost. We did purchase and have since replaced the bumper. I wish it had not taken this review to get them to keep their word but they did finally come around 3 months later because a bad review. I did not want to do this but this is what it took. Please carefully inspect your vehicle before pulling it off the lot. Gene More

Very dishonest and not friendly. When they sale you a car they don’t care about helping you anymore. All they care about is making a sale. It was INCREDIBLY SLOW. So very slow. There was physically going back and forth between two buildings by staff to work on my deal as though they couldn't call. Nobody seemed to care that it was tak physically going back and forth between two buildings by staff to work on my deal as though they couldn't call. Nobody seemed to care that it was taking FOREVER. It appeared very unorganized. Now, the vehicle I went to see was waiting at the door when I arrived and the staff was expecting me. Most staff DID NOT have on masks. I insisted that the ones I dealt with wear masks. Some conversations I overheard between staff I shouldn't have. They needed to take those things behind closed doors. More
