The staff was friendly, courteous and seemed dedicated to providing me with the best deal for my specific financial needs. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured or inconvenienced. My sales represen providing me with the best deal for my specific financial needs. At no time during my visit did I feel pressured or inconvenienced. My sales representative was Lee Richardson and I felt that he was genuine and extremely helpful. He was true to his word and provided a few personal touches that made me feel that he truly cared. I usually dread purchasing a new vehicle but this experience was actually pleasant. More

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in all of my car shopping experiences. They make promises they cant or wont keep. The customer service department is the absolute worst ever. My car all of my car shopping experiences. They make promises they cant or wont keep. The customer service department is the absolute worst ever. My car went in for warranty work 6...yes 6 times for the same thing. The manager finally screamed and me and told me if I didn't like their work to take it somewhere else. I contacted the corporate office for Hyundai. The connected me with the Regional Service Manager for the area. We met him at Deland Hyundai. My car was fixed in one visit! All Jon Hall had to do was read the Tech Bulletins that Hyundai has issed. Apparently this was too much for Jon Hall employees to handle. Hyundai Corporate said they have no control of the dealerships. Just their products. Deland Hyundai was awesome. I will drive to the otherside of the county when I need service and when it's time for a new car. Also, the staff at Jon Hall are deceptive and are untruthful. They told me multiple times that they had called the tech line for my car. When I call corporate. They had not one record on file where Jon Hall had ever called about anything on my vehilce. Yesterday, we got a call from our original sales person. He said he wanted to offer me a trade in for my car on a new 2012 for the same payment. My husband called just to see what happened. On call back, Jim said for another $100 a month or several thousand down we can get a new car. That is not the message that he left on my machine! He also said that he is certain that if we come down we can make a deal on that or another cheaper model that they have! NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!!! I will never step foot on Jon Hall property again! More
