Second lease in a row through Dean Team. Couldn't be happier I drive past two other Hyundai dealerships on my way to Dean Team. They are honest and will give you a fair deal. When you walk around and look at I drive past two other Hyundai dealerships on my way to Dean Team. They are honest and will give you a fair deal. When you walk around and look at their inventory, you will notice a lack of dealer stickers. You won't be forced to negotiate out of paying for things like paint sealant and pre-delivery inspection, nor will you be forced to negotiate out of paying for an overpriced dealership-installed pinstripe that you don't want anyway. The sales staff are knowledgeable about the products, and are straightforward with their negotiations. This time around, I worked with Tommy Daher. He first brought me an offer for a new Tucson that made me wonder if maybe the offer was for a Genesis. He shrugged it off and told me that yeah, it's ridiculous. Just give him another number that's more reasonable. He came back with a price that had me really nervous. It was a an amazingly low price, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. I was positive that the "yeah, but" would come in the finance office. I worked once again with Scott Varnum. And for the second time, I can tell you that there are no deal busters in the F&I office. No pressure to buy sun visor protection for only an extra $17 per month, or anything like that. Once again, I left Dean Team a very happy customer, and will be doing so again in 3 years. More

We found Dean Team Hyundai through the USAA car Buying Service. They responded to my online inquiry within minutes and while they did not have the color and package we wanted they found one quickly for us in the local area. Their pricing was well below what our local dealer was even considering and they even negotiated trade in value (pending final inspection ) over text message. Pickup day we spent under 2 hours in the dealership and drove away with our brand new Hyundai Kona. Even with the 5 hour each way drive and hotel costs we couldn't be happier with Dean Team Hyundai. We are toyota family but drove the new Ioniq and loved it. We drove 2 hours because Gordan made it so worth it. Beat our local dealer on out the door price by a bunch. The atmosphere as soon as we walked in to the Dean Team was great. Our local dealer has a large and pretty place but everyone in there looked and felt rigid and unwelcoming Thanks to Gordan and Brian and Colin for explaining all the tech stuff!! and the entire Dean Team for taking great care of us!!! I I just made my first car purchase here - a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Gordon and Brian were very helpful and made the process easier than I was expecting. I was communicating with them before I came in and when I arrived today, they had the vehicle pulled up for me and ready to test drive. Super excited about my new car, thank you Brian and Gordon! I requested more info on a car posted online and started recieving daily calls, texts, emails to co This guy needs a Glen Gary Glen Ross movie night. I requested more info on a car posted online and started recieving daily calls, texts, emails to come in and check it out. Accepted an invitation and set an appointment. Happenend to be inclement weather so my plan was to check out the car and return for a test drive a few days later Told Brian this as I sat down to look at/review info about the car. I also informed Brian that I have previously spent several years in luxury sales. (my way of saying I'm very familiar with things like pressured sales tactics, tricks of financing, bait and switching products, stepping up the sense if urgency. But also knowing yours and competing products inside and out, building repoire with your customer, and knowing how to admit/what to do if a customer asks a question you don't know) This "product specialist" knew nothing more about this vehicle than the car fax info available online, and what would be viewable if googling hybrid car and looking at the wiki page. I told Brian if he was straightforward with me I'd be completely upfront with him and I asked some specific questions I'd already researched to see how much this guy knew. Question 1, how long do the batteries last? Brian- about 100,000 miles, mind you this 2013 car is at 77,000, quick google search explains this cars battery is rated to last 15 years. Alarms starting to go off in my head. Question 2, How well do CVT's hold up? Brian- CVT? Me- the continously variable transmission. Brian- oh, don't know too much about those. But we give all 2013 cars a 2000 mile 2 month warranty(at least an honest answer, but no offer to research or find out more info) At this point I realize Brian is NOT a product specialist and was to lazy do any homework to prepare for this sale. So I figure I can at least take a look at the car. Out we go into the blizzard to circle the lot twice and guess what, the car osnt even there. xxx? 4 hours earlier I get confirmation about our meeting and a guarantee this vehicle is there and now its not. Back inside we go where I'm left standing in his cubilce while he is off chit chatting in the corner. After about 5 minutes I walked over to inquire why Im just standing there and he says he is waiting on a phone call to see if the vehicle can be brought back over. Pretty sure you have a phone at you desk, and a cell in your pocket ( the one you used while in the lot to ask "where the cheap xxxxx cmax is at?") Maybe wait with your customer, communicate what happened and what is being done to resolve. Apologize profusley, setup another appointment. But don't hide from the situation. Lastly, when someone is about to drop a significant amount of cash, referring to the product they are about to spend their hard earned money on as xxxxx cheap isn't the most effective way to seal the deal. It'd be like me getting a vehicle inquiry reply offering to setup an appointment with one of the dumb xxxxx salesman. Total waste of time. More
