made an appt. walked in and was promptly ignored by grace albright. was helped by the other girl who i don't even know her name. told her several times that i get walked in and was promptly ignored by grace albright. was helped by the other girl who i don't even know her name. told her several times that i get free oil changes. was spoken to like i was a toddler. listened to grace talking nasty about other customers. explained to the other girl again that i get free oil changes. was told that nobody ever switched the car from the previous owners name to my name even though i've owned the car for over a year. was assured the oil changes were free by mystery girl. got a text the next day saying i owed 122 dollars. spoke to mystery girl on the phone and told her that i get free oil changes and she said 'oh i didn't know you bought your car from southern.' after THE PREVIOUS DAY being the one who changed the name in the system and assured me my oil changes were free. the she told me 'just for future reference, we have to charge SOMEONE. just because you see a total doesn't mean we're charging you. we're going to charge the dealership' which had to have been a lie considering she 'didn't know' i bought my car from southern. i then told her i wouldn't be able to pick my car up until after work. went to pick up my car that evening and mystery girl was there. she looked very confused when i walked in and said i was there to pick up my car. and then went 'oh you must have been working with grace.. she may have given your keys to sales but let me look.' keep in mind, i have never spoken to grace a day in my life. she ignored me when i walked in the first time. as mystery girl walked over to grace's desk she said 'just for future More
