Bought a 2010 ES350 four months ago from this dealership. Loved it but did not get the Navigation System which I should have. While having a complementary car wash and talking to Grant from sales, I mention to him that I was disappointed about not purchasing the Nav system. I went into the waiting room for a coffee. Before my car was finished with the wash, Grant returned and said that I could upgrade to a new vehicle with the options I want. I was able to trade up to what I should have had the first time. This dealership worked with me for the best price. Before the day was over I did drive home with a clean car. It might have been a new one, but never the less a clean one. See you at my next complementary car wash. This time all I'll buy is a coffee mug. More

This was a no pressure, hassle free purchase of a VERY fine automobile. This dealership treats you like a REAL person, not just another "sled" buyer. I will return. It is hard to imagine another dealership providing service that would be equal to Wilde Lexus. More
